1. Who we are

2. Scope

This policy describes three distinct data contexts: (a) visitors to this website; (b) people who use the live AI demo; and (c) end-customers whose real estate lead data we process on behalf of a brokerage customer. Our role differs by context (controller vs processor/service provider) and is confirmed in the applicable customer agreement.

3. Website data we collect

information you submit in forms (name, work email, brokerage, CRM, phone if provided, workflow notes);
consent selections and their timestamp, wording and source;
cookieless analytics about page usage (see the Cookie notice);
technical data such as coarse region and device type where lawful and necessary.

We do not send call transcripts, names, phone numbers or email addresses into ordinary web analytics.

4. Demo-call data

The live demo is intended for fictional information only. If audio is processed or recorded, we disclose it and apply the recording/consent behavior described on the Compliance page. Demo sessions are isolated from customer production data and tagged as test activity.

5. Customer lead data

When we operate a first-response workflow for a brokerage customer, we process inbound lead data on that customer’s behalf under the customer agreement and Data Processing Addendum. The customer’s CRM remains the system of record. We apply data minimization and configured retention.

6. How we use data

to respond to your request (demo, audit, estimate, support);
to operate, secure and improve the service;
to send optional marketing only where you separately opted in;
to meet legal, security and record-keeping obligations.

7. Sharing and subprocessors

We use service providers (subprocessors) to deliver the product, such as telephony, AI voice, hosting, analytics and email. See the current Subprocessor list. We do not sell personal information. [Confirm “sale”/“share” definitions and opt-out mechanics under applicable U.S. state law.]

8. Retention and deletion

We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as required by law and the customer agreement. Retention periods for transcripts, recordings, structured lead data and logs are documented per deployment.

You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time and request access, correction or deletion of your personal information.
