Compliance by design
No software provider can make a real-estate brokerage ‘100% compliant’ with a button. Compliance depends on the use case, customer configuration, consent, jurisdiction, content and how the system is operated. Veilleur.studio treats compliance as workflow design.
Veilleur.studio’s U.S. design identifies the system appropriately rather than trying to impersonate a human employee. The exact disclosure wording may vary by workflow and applicable requirements.
The initial U.S. product strategy is centered on inbound calls and inquiries initiated by the prospective client. Automated outbound calls, especially those using an artificial or prerecorded voice, involve additional Telephone Consumer Protection Act and consent considerations and are treated as a separate, reviewed use case rather than a default product feature.
Where recording is enabled, the deployment supports the notice and consent behavior required for the intended use and jurisdictions. A customer should not assume that a recording configuration appropriate in one state is automatically appropriate everywhere.
Any automated SMS or marketing workflow must preserve the relevant consent basis and suppression state. Revocation requests such as STOP or other valid opt-out language are handled according to applicable requirements and the customer’s communication policy. The inbound AI Lead Desk should not automatically become an unrestricted outbound marketing engine.
Real estate AI workflows should focus qualification on legitimate transaction context: property, buyer/seller intent, timing, showing requests, contact details and other approved business information. The workflow should not steer, rank or treat people differently based on protected characteristics, infer neighborhood “fit” from protected-class proxies, or substitute AI output for the licensed professional’s legal and ethical responsibilities.
Humans remain responsible for representation, professional advice, negotiation, Fair Housing compliance and other duties that cannot be delegated to a generic automated conversation.
Customers remain responsible for configuring and using the service in accordance with applicable law, brokerage policy, consent requirements and their own professional obligations. Veilleur.studio provides implementation guidance and technical controls, but those controls do not constitute legal advice.
Bring your workflow and we'll show where AI handles the first layer and where a licensed human stays in control.
